About the Role

Pro HR Xperts is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle end-to-end recruitment projects for clients in Singapore. The role focuses on sourcing, hiring, and onboarding top talent across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment metrics.
Support HR managers in workforce planning and development.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, or related field.
3–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Singapore.
Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
