About the Role

Pro HR Xperts is expanding its consultancy team and is seeking an HR Consultant to provide strategic HR solutions, compliance advisory, and talent management guidance to clients in the UK and globally.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver HR consultancy across industries.
Design HR policies, compliance frameworks, and talent management solutions.
Implement HR digital tools for efficiency and KPI reporting.
Conduct HR audits and advise on organizational development.
Partner with leadership for change management initiatives.

Job Requirements

MBA or equivalent in HR, Business, or Management.
7+ years of HR consulting experience, ideally with international clients.
Knowledge of UK labor laws and global HR compliance.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
