About the Role

Pro HR Xperts is seeking a strategic Head of HR to lead HR management, digital transformation, and organizational development for our clients in Pakistan. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR consulting and talent management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead HR strategy, policies, and organizational restructuring.
Drive recruitment, retention, and performance management programs.
Design and implement compliance frameworks aligned with Pakistani labor laws.
Support HR digital transformation initiatives, including HRMS adoption.
Collaborate with executive leadership to enhance employee engagement and profitability.
Manage HR budgets, audits, and KPI-based performance systems.

Job Requirements

MBA or equivalent in HR, Business, or Finance.
15+ years of progressive HR and strategic management experience.
Expertise in HR solutions, corporate and IT sectors, and HR digital tools (HRMS, BI Data, Jira, Zoho).
Strong leadership, organizational change, and communication skills.
